Length of the parking lot

The perimeter of a rectangular parking lot is 350 m. If the width of the parking lot is 82m, what is it’s length

P = 2W + 2L where P is the perimeter, L is Length and W is width.

Plugging in number given we get

350 = 2 (82) + 2L

Dividing both side by 2 we get 175 = L + 82

Solving we get L = 175 - 82 = 93
