On the basis of your observations of chloroplast location in the leaf, which cells are the main photosynthetic cells?

As Jesse said, it's difficult to understand the question since we don't have any observations of leaf cells ourselves. But conventionally, mesophyll cells have the highest concentration of chloroplast, and thus are the main photosynthetic cells of the leaf. (Mesophyll cells are divided into two categories, palisade and spongy.) Make sure you check out a cross-section of a leaf so you can get a good visual of this!

I don't understand the question so I may be missing something obvious. Chloroplasts are located in every leaf cell. This is why the leaves are green. To provide context, what have you been learning in your biology class.
