How do you decontaminate Anthrax Spores from objects?

So a library, has been attack by anthrax. How do we decontaminate the whole objects in the library including books, computers etc without harming them?

Removing B. Anthracis spores is tricky due to their ability to withstand extremely harsh conditions. According to the CDC and a number of primary sources, a 1/10 solution of bleach can be used to kill the spores, but it must remain on surfaces for at least 30 minutes. Whole-structure fumigation with methyl-bromide is also effective, but is toxic itself and requires sealing the structure from the environment.
