Which is the more precise measurement, 5.5 L or 2 L?

I need to choose which is the most precise unit of measurement for the following pairs.  I am just trying to understand it better...studying.  And if I can figure out the answers I feel I can understand better why one is more precise than the other.

Which is the more precise measurement in each of the following pairs:

5.5 L or 2 L

25 g or 3.5 kg

11 3/16 inches or 5 inches

Just trying to get a handle on for instance....is 5.5 L more precise than 2 L because it has a decimal in it even though 5.5 is a bigger number than 2?

Is 25g automatically more precise than 3.5 kg because Grams is a smaller unit of measurement than kg?

Is 11 3/16 inches more precise than 5 inches because it has the fraction 3/16 in it even though 11 3/16 is a larger number than 5?

Thank you for any help you can give me.
