Lamin-B1 is a protein that is part of the lamin family of proteins that make up protein fibrous network on the innermost face of the nuclear envelope.
In your question, you ask what does it label. I'm assuming you are asking, if you had a lamin-B1 protein conjugated to a fluorophore or if cells were stained with a fluorescent antibody, what structure would it label? Just like my answer above, it would label the inner face of the nuclear envelope. In addition, some lamin proteins associate with chromatin, so they would appear to interact with protein/DNA complexes inside the nucleus.
