Great Question! The Biggest of these 3 entities is the Eukaryotic cells. Eukaryotic Cells are often at least 10X bigger than prokaryotic cells. In fact, they are so much bigger that at least twice in evolutionary history a Eukaryotic Cell absorbed a Prokaryotic cell and that Prokaryotic cell became an Organelle! This is how we got the mitochondria.
A prokaryotic cell is many many times bigger than a virus.
