Mitosis begins after DNA replication and involves the movement of the replicated DNA to opposite polls of the cells. At the end of Mitosis, the nucleus begins to reform and following that the cell begins to divide its cytoplasm evenly by undergoing cytokinesis. Since the cells of the accessory gland of the fruit fly have two nuclei in one cell, Both DNA replication and mitosis have occurred but cytokinesis has not.
