What digit will make the number divisible by​ 4 and 8 (917,1_06)

Please clarify the description of the number. I assume we are asked for the digit to go in the blank space. If so then the comma is in the wrong place----e.g. if the missing digit is 4, then the number should read 9,171,406

any number divisible by 8 will be divisible by 4

no digit you put in the blank space will make the number be divisible by 8 because the number is not divisible by 4; to be divisible by 4, the number formed by the two right-most digits must be divisible by 4 but 06 is not divisible by 4

either there is a typo or there is no solution
