I think the answer to your question depends on if we are talking about within one person's lifetime or in an evolutionary sense. If we are talking about over a lifetime there are a ton of physical traits (phenotypic traits) that change over time. For instance, height changes as we age. Usually it increased until adulthood, levels off, then slightly decreases in old age.
The answer becomes more complicated if we are talking about generational and evolutionary changes. In general, since ancient times, humans have been getting generally taller and less hairy.
