Light reactions: O2 (from water), NADPH (from NADP+ and H+), and ATP (from ADP)
Calvin cycle: for C3 plants (most are C3), a 5-carbon sugar and CO2 are converted into 2 molecules of 3-phosphoglycerate.
The most important thing here is that CO2 is fixed, or goes from being a gas in the atmosphere to part of a molecule.
