How will pH and temperature changes for an enzyme affect the growth of bacteria they are in?

please explain this fairly briefly.

Enzymes are proteins and as such, must maintain a specific shape in order to function properly. If you alter the pH and temperature, you alter the shape which alters the function. If that bacteria requires that certain enzyme in order to grow and the enzyme is no longer functioning, then the growth of the bacteria will be affected as well.
