First of all, if you break down the word cytokinesis, you will see that cyt refers to the cell and kinesis refers to movement or activity of the cell. Cyto kinesis occurs at the end of the cell cycle which would eliminate cell growth as thst occurs at beginning as well as DNA synthesis. If you understand the cell cycle, then you know that during anaphase, the chromosomes separate to opposite poles. Therefore, the only answer left, the cell splits into two is the correct answer.
