I'm taking an educated guess on this one, likely your answer is to include the disagreements regarding methods of disposal. For example some methods that irk some people include: carting it off to other poorer countries and letting them deal with seems wrong, and they lack resources to deal with it well, Recycling is only effective if people clean the plastic, and much of it gets thrown out instead of recycled, Recycling takes a bit of man-power and moving it costs money but also driving it to a facility uses burnt fuel, the electricity used to process it needs a source of energy, so in the end, does the good outway the bad?
