Adenosine Tri Phosphate is the Key here. I am not sure of the question, however, the phosphate is removed during one of a few different methods and is used as an addition to AMP and ADP to make ATP. Glycolysis is one method. Glycogenolysis would be more relative. Energy also comes from NAD NADH in other cycles. Please come up with a more specific question.
