Do you mean that the initial points are (0,-6), (3,-6) and (1,-3)? Or do you mean (0,6), (3,6) and (1,3)?
In any case, you need to know the point about which the triangle is rotated. ...because there are an infinite number of points you can rotate the triangle about, that will move vertex A to the position of vertex A'.
One observation you can make though, is that point B' will end up exactly three units from point A".
