There are 1000 microns in a mm so the simple answer as you've asked:
2 mm = 2,000 microns
.45 mm = 450 microns
1.80 mm = 1,800 microns
you may have stated it incorrectly - for a parfocal microscope, the difference in magnification is inversely proportional to the viewing area - (The higher the power, the smaller the viewing area)
so the 1000x magnification should read 0.18 mm or 180 microns.
Those are typical objective powers on a standard medical microscope, 100, 400, and 1000 oil immersion lenses.
