How do you develop and where do you get information from?

I try to develop in my profession, but there is a problem with where to get information. Something interesting, I bookmark, but I do not always go back there and there is no synchronization and division into groups. I just have a trash can.

How do you learn? And what do you use when you want to read later on to?

I have several tabs on my Toolbar using a Windows system with Google Chrome's advanced search option (https://www.google.com/advanced_search). Simply create icons and paste the links you follow into folders that you name. For example, in my profession in Physics I have: an Astro Phys folder; a Classical Mech. folder; a QM folder; a Math Phys folder; a Thermodynamics folder, etc. among a few others. Contained in sub-folders therein are the levels of education for the student I may be teaching.
