Assuming length is more valuable than weight and these are the prices you'll be selling at, then divide each wire's cost by the length and see which ratio is higher (i.e. which gives you more money).
How would the problem change if weight was more valuable than length, or if these were the prices you were purchasing the materials at rather than the prices you were selling at?
