The equation we will need is
E = 3/2nRT
where n is the moles, R is the universal gas constant, and T is the temperature in Kelvin. (To change a temperature from Celsius, just add 273). Substituting these values into the equation becomes:
E = 3/2(3.77 moles)(8.31451 J/K mol) (322 K)
E = 15140 J
