Pencillium roquefortii is used to make blue cheese; likewise, Pencillium camembertii and P. glaucum are used to make Camembert cheese and gorgonzola respectively.
But these Pencllium species do not produce Penicillin. They produce anti bacterial metabolites and some human toxins and allergens. Hence eating this cheese is not going to give a medical effect.
The antibiotic Pencillin is produced by Pencillium chrysogenum to which culture phenylacetic acid is added to make the pencillin stomach acid resistant.
