Ravi is three years older than anitha. Six years ago , Ravi's age was 4 times anitha's age. Find the ages of Ravi and Anitha.

A = Anitha's age now

Then, according to the information given;

R = A + 3 and R-6 = 4(A-6)

Substituting, we have (A+3) - 6 = 4A -24 or 3A = 21
