The prefix "re" is used with verbs to express an action done again, similar than in English. For example the word "reexaminar" means to examine again, or "reescribir" means to write again. Colloquially native speakers use this prefix before adjectives to express what you said (very-real-really), adding emphasis to the adjective when describing something.
It is very common among young speakers in many Spanish speaking countries. In Spanish we could say that:
El prefijo "re" antes de los adjetivos es reusado en muchos paises especialmente los latinoamericanos y se escuchará relindo si lo usas con los nativos :)
