I see these connected in this way. The genetics of an organism are the blueprint of a cell. The workers, the mRNA and tRNA, are going to read the blueprint and assemble all the proteins, the macromolecules. After this,the macromolecules will be assigned their job to do in the cell. This is an oversimplification but it gets the relationship across.
