With cytosol containing water, ions, and molecules, I would imagine it would be very similar to orange juice with pulp.

Cystosol is the consistence of jello when it is halfway to totally set. You shake it and it will jiggle but it won't make waves like water will, it is less thick than a milkshake and is not particularly sticky. It is thick enough that proteins and lots of other things can move through more easily than water but less than a solid.
