difference between "be free" and "get free"?

What is the difference between the two? And if I want to meet a friend what would I say "I'll be free soon " or "I'll get free soon "

To be free means that you are not tied to any person, or that you have got nothing else on your schedule you need to do. You are free to go home and sleep. You are free to watch TV. You are free to read a book. You have nothing else on your schedule and can do whatever you want. You are FREE. However, to get free means that you are tied up. You are woking on a job till 5 o'clock and cannot meet at 4pm. You have to get free to be able to go.

To get free also means you may be tied to something or someone. You are married and you want to get divorced, you want to leave the relationship and the life. You want to GET FREE. You are not interested in continuing a relationship. Get free indicates you are NOT free. You have to dissolve or remove yourself from something to be able to do something else.
