Let's give each person their own variable so we can calculate it easier.
Keisha = K Frank= F and Deon=D
We know that all together they have $102, so K + F + D = 102
Deon has $10 less then Keisha, so D = K-10
Frank has two times what deon has, so F = 2D
We now have a system of equations we can use to solve.
Let's substitute the last equations into the first one.
So K+F+D = 102 turns into K + 2D + K - 10 = 102
Let's replace the D with K-10 so we can solve for K.
K + 2(K-10) + K - 10 = 102
K + 2K - 20 - 10 = 102
K + 2K -30 = 102
3K - 30 = 102
3K = 132
K = 44
So Keisha has 44, Deon has 34, and Frank has 68.
