The formula for a circumference of a circle is: pi times diameter. If one uses 3.14 for mathematical pi, and divides 21.98 by 3.14, the result is 7.0. This is the diameter and the radius is half the diameter, so the radius of this circular painting is 3.5 feet. I hope that this helps.
