Hi Javon,
It looks like there is some information missing in your question but if that is all the information given then the answer could be quite long.
Here is a chart for the values 1, 2, 3, and 4.
Notice that in my illustration the variable (z) will represent the number that DOES sum to 14 in a given sequence. I'm only including it so you can see the pattern that emerges.
For 1: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12, (z) do not sum to 14
For 2: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11, (z),13 do not...
For 3: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, (z), 12,13
For 4: 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9, (z),11,12,13
You can see as the value of a given variable increases by 1 so the value of (z) decreases by 1. All the numbers except for (z) will not sum to 14 in it's sequence.
Try this for yourself if the given values were 5, 6, and 7.
