Uniform motion math problem, PLEASE HELP!

Matt jogged to his friends house 12 miles away and then got a ride back 12 miles on the same route. It took him 2 hours longer to jog there than ride back. His riding rate was 25 mph faster than his jogging rate.

Define the variable?

Write an equation based on "It took him two hours longer to jog there than ride back."?
