Most of the grammar books should have a section in the end with irregular verbs.
You can find it also online, it may help to look for a list of verbs in a specific tense for example ''lista dei verbi irregolari al presente indicativo'' or ''al passato prossimo'', because a verb can be regular in a tense, but irregular in an other tense.
If you are studying to be conversational I would suggest to focus on the verbs that you need to communicate in a regular conversation and practice with those verbs making your own sentences using all the main tenses (present, past, future...).
If you are studying for a test I would focus on the limited list verbs that you will need to use.
