when the nucleus is removed from the cell the cell can no longer function. the nucleus contains the blueprint (DNA) for all the cells operations and without it the organelles cant do their jobs. You can view it as a heavily micromanaged business, if the owner (nucleus) up and leaves the company then who is going to tell the subordinates (mitochondria, lysosome, rough ER, etc) what to make? no one because they no longer know what their next task is and as a result they can not fulfill their purpose. Proteins will not be created which will result in key portions of the cell not being maintained and metabolism of compounds will not take place due to lack of creation of key enzymes. Due to the lack of enzymes, glycolysis and the TCA cycle wont occur. The cell will not be able to create energy as a result (ATP will not be made) leading to functions such as active transport ceasing. These are just a few examples of what would happen if the nucleus were removed from the cell. Overall it would be a bad experience.
