Hello,
I took the GRE Math section and scored 165/170 (86th percentile). No calculus was involved at all. Just simple algebra, trig, graph analysis, and some number theory. Review permutations, combinations, y=mx+b, integers, factors, multiples, simple series, simple sequences, and geometry, and you should score at least 160/170. For a perfect score (which my friends have gotten), they say to focus more on series, sequences, and number theory in order to get those last questions right. I did not use any textbook at all. I did practice tests from the ETS site itself and the Princeton Review, and I did pretty well. Reach out to me online if you have anymore questions.
Best,
Christopher
