For this we will need to use PEMDAS.
After some observation and thinking we find that there are 2 sets of parentheses we need to use:
(7 - 3) x (2 + 6) + 3 = 35
By PEMDAS we need to do what is inside parentheses first making the equation:
4 x 8 + 3 =35
Again, by PEMDAS, we need to work left to right and do multiplication or division (multiply in this case):
4 x 8 = 32
so we have
32 + 3 = 35 which is true!
