Henley sketched 12 sketches in 5 hours. How many sketches could she sketch in 3 hours?
You can solve this using a proportion
12sketches/5 hrs = x sketches/3 hrs take cross products and you have
12( 3 ) = 5x
36 = 5x
so, x = 36/5 or, 7 1/5 sketches in 3 hours (I'm not certain how she wants you to round this.
