The point-slope form of the equation of a line is:
y - y1 = m(x-x1)
where (x1,y1) is the point
and
m = slope
y - 24 = -0.6(x-1)
That is the equation of the line in point-slope form.
Now, if you want the equation in slope-intercept form,
y = -0.6x + 0.6 + 24
y = -0.6x + 24.6
