We can not live without microorganisms. Microorganisms are everywhere including our skin and intestine. They are called normal flora. Some of these normal flora are useful to human body. Microorganisms present in human intestine help in process of digestion for example Lactobacillus. There are other microorganisms present in environment which help in nitrogen fixation in soil. These helps in growing healthy crops which we consume. Microorganisms are also used in research and development. There are so many other uses and applications, all these is unthinkable without presence of microorganisms.
