Not sure what your problem is asking. But, if it just wants you to write this statement as an inequality this is what you do... Twice a number is the same as multiplying a number by 2. In this case, we don't know the number, we just call it x. So 2 * x or just 2x. We want that to be less than 10. The symbol for less than looks like this: < So our final product is:
2x < 10
If it wants you to solve the inequality, just divide both sides by 2 and you have your answer.
