It is common to rewrite subtraction as addition. When you change subtraction to addition you change the sign of the number that follows.
One possibility for this expression is the following:
(-18)+(-64n)
Once it is subtraction, you can also change the order of the terms you are adding. Another possibility would be the following:
(-64n)+(-18)
