Myosin is a molecular motor. In striated muscle, it is responsible for muscle contraction. Within a cell, myosin motors are used to crawl along parts of the cytoskeleton, usually actin filaments or microtubules. So based on the answers given, I would go with "The movement of vesicles within the cell would cease."
