If 12 fights each last 15 minutes, how much time will have passed after all 12 fights?

Assuming that none of the flights were occurring at the same time, then it takes 15 minutes x 12 flights = 180 minutes or 3 hours for all of the flights to finish. If some of them happened concurrently, however, I need more information to answer this question.
