Yes, you can combine clauses into one sentence, but your example reads awkwardly because the clauses are not as tightly parallel as they might be (as well as some minor grammar errors). Right now, it is a list of clauses that follow the word "I," which forces the reader to keep backing up to check on the grammar. It would read smoother, and therefore be easier on your reader, if you rewrote to make the clauses as short as they could be.
What about:
"On *the* managerial side, my considerable experience includes using accounting software, working throughout the life cycle of *the* product, and enhancing existing products."
Now it's a list of clauses that follow "includes," and that all start with participles (-ing verbs), making it easier for the reader to understand.
