Using pemdas, you complete the multiplication first. (To multiply fractions, you multiply the numerators to make the new numerator and the denominators to make the new denominator.)

Now you do not have a common denominator, so the middle term will need to be multiplied by 7/7.
This changes the middle term to 49/21, and equivalent fraction with the same denominator.
The problem now looks like this:
10/21 + 49/21 + -4/21
Add the numerators (10 + 49 + -4 = 55)
