Complex units conversion. Need help please

Hello ! So i faced some unit conversions today and had some problems regarding the celsius to fahrenheit IN a unit. Not alone

The conversion is as follows:

50 Kg/min.inch.°c to gm/day.mm.°f

Every website on the internet suggests using the

(°C * 1.8 )+32 to convert to F. But the answer for it is solved by 1.8 only. So when do we use this or that ? Also this is not a difference in temperature so the first one ( adding 32 ) made sense since it's not a difference. Or am i wrong ? Any help and suggestions are needed thanks ! Also, if anyone has a way for solving these kinds of conversions in an easier way please never hesitate to write it !

Suppose you have a temperature expressed in ^oC and want to convert to ^oF

The rule is F = 9C/5 + 32 Note that C = 5*(F - 32)/9

Freezing point for C is 0 and for F is 32

F = 9*0/5 + 32 = 0+32 = 32.

Boiling point for C is 100 and for F is 212

F = 9*100/5 + 32 = 180+32 = 212

-40C is -40F

F = 9*-40/5 + 32 = 9*-8 + 32 = -72 + 32 = -40
