Distance = rate * time
= 45 mph * 1/2 hour
= 22.5 miles
Distance/rate = time
So the function is Time T(s) = 22.5/s where s is the speed in miles per hour.
It is a continuous function with domain and range of real numbers. It is possible
that she can drive a fractional value, as is the time.
Ex. If she drives 50.5 mph, then it will take her 22.5/50.5 = 0.4455 hours = 26 minutes and 44 seconds
