I have a dog and her name is Starbucks. We brought her at a pet shelter 8 years ago. She was worth 1,000 dollars because she is a basset hound. We played a game where they cut up pieces of paper with prices written on them from '$20' to '$1000'. They put it in a bag and shook it up. Luckily we got a $'30' meaning we could buy any dog for 30$ so we decided to get the basset hound. She has little legs, and massive paws, a large, domed head that features extremely long, velvety ears, mournful eyes, and a wrinkled brow, which give the breed the look of a sad clown. My dog didn’t know how to jump in high places because she was only a baby so we had to take extra care of her. We didn’t know what to name her until the very next day when my mom left the basset hound in her room and left her Starbucks coffee in there with her. After school and work was over we headed home and went to my mom’s room, then out of a sudden we see our dog jumping from wall to wall, jumping on chairs, beds, everywhere! We then saw my mother's Starbucks coffee all over the floor because our dog drank it. That's when we figured out what we should name her, Starbucks! My dog ended up knowing how to fight too with coffee. She now knows how to tackle people, open fridges and when she's mad she will destroy things we love. She ended up throwing my computer off the desk, taking out the phone off my hands because she LOVES attention. She is very smart, she knows what “Yes” or “No” means, she knows her name and she even knows how to sleep and sit like a human. I once walked in when she was on the couch watching T.V. The best I like from her is that she's super smart. I take really good care of her and my family does too. We give her food, take her out for walks and give her all the love she deserves.
