Having trouble with inequalities, the solution seems simple but idk how to right one.

For her phone service, Rachel pays a monthly fee of $19, and she pays an additional $0.06 per minute of use. The least she has been charged for a month is $97.84.

What are the possible numbers of minutes she has used her phone in a month?

Use m for the number of minutes, and solve your inequality for m.

I feel like i can easily figure this out normally but idk how to right it as an inequality.
