did russians help serbians during the bosnian and serbian war?

iv always knows the serbians were want to be russian they act like them im trying to figure out if russia helped the serbs invade bosnian i always though they did but now im seeing a bunch of stuff that russia is one of the biggest suppliers to bosnia?

I have always understood that Russia supported Serbs because these two groups share the Orthodox Christianity religion. 

 

On the other hand, Croats were supported by Western Christian nations (England, Spain, Germany, even the United States). Croats (people from Croatia are more likely to be Protestant and/or Catholic which comprise of Western Christianity. 

 

Therefore, Russia wanted to help the Serbs living in Bosnia drive out the Croats who were living in Bosnia.
