The answer you're probably looking for is buying American goods and services under NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement).  Mexico buys a lot of US goods (47% of imported goods in Mexico come from US)

...and just to jump on Gian's good idea, the buying of goods means that more goods get made, which means more workers get hired to make them!
