I have 6 tens and they equal sixteen.

There is nothing else to add.  I have been working this equation and I can't get it.  Please help.

Hi Michael,

If you write 10 in base two, (10₂) , it only looks like 10 in base ten. It is not really ten since its value is 2. Then if you have six 10₂ together to form 16, you write 2*2*2*2*2/2 = 16 which is

10₂*10₂*10₂*10₂*10₂/10₂ = 16₁₀
