I really don't like the way this question is worded for a true/false question. The first part of the question is true. Organic molecules contain carbon and hydrogen. This is why carbon dioxide is not an organic molecule. However, the second part without "usually" is clearly false. Methane, an organic molecule, is simple, but perovskite, an inorganic molecule with repeating units, is more complex than methane. I will go out on a limb and say that with the word "usually" the second part is true. So, with some reservations, I would say the statement is true.
